PLANNING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
We recommend booking at least 2-3 follow-up appointments at the same time as your initial appointment. Our clinicians often book up quickly, and booking ahead helps ensure you can secure appointments at a time that suits you, and maintain continuity of care.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE
If you are making a booking for your child's first appointment with us, please ensure you are entering your child's details and not your own. Also please note that we are unable to see children under the age of 10 years.

WAITLIST
Please note that booking an appointment online does not automatically add you to our waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist for an earlier appointment, please contact the clinic directly and our admin team will be happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, which allows us enough time to offer your appointment to other clients. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $80 fee. Non-attendance and less than 4 hours notice is charged at the FULL RATE of a session. Medicare and private health fund rebates do not apply for late cancellation or non-attendance fees.
